Best tinnitus supplements? What the evidence actually says

Before comparing bottles, understand the central evidence problem: tinnitus supplements are widely marketed, but proven treatment effects have not been established.

Health information noticeThis page is educational and is not medical advice. Tinnitus can have many causes; seek professional evaluation for new, one-sided, pulsatile, sudden, or otherwise concerning symptoms.

The uncomfortable answer

If “best” means clinically proven to treat tinnitus, current authoritative guidance does not give us a supplement winner. NIDCD states that vitamins, herbal extracts and dietary supplements advertised as tinnitus cures have not been proven effective.

How to compare products responsibly anyway

If you still choose to shop the category, compare transparent labels, doses, interaction risks, finished-product evidence, return terms and cost. Do not treat testimonials as clinical trials.
